Hi, I'm Laura, the face behind Vet Nurses' Little Helpers!
I am a Certificate 4 qualified Veterinary Nurse and Receptionist, and have been for the last 9 years.
Vet Nurses’ Little Helpers are a range of study flash cards, posters and other study resources designed to “do the work for you”. A range of subjects (with more being created all the time!) which have been summarised into easy to understand and clear study resources.
I am so passionate about animals (proud crazy cat lady!) and am so proud to be part of this wonderful industry full of amazing humans who have dedicated their life to helping animals.
This is not an easy job for many reasons, which is what has motivated me to start Vet Nurses’ Little Helpers in 2017 and launch this business in 2020.
We all work so hard in every situation we are faced with and I wanted to provide a platform that assists everyone in the veterinary industry at all stages of their careers. I particularly sympathised with students who are expected to work, volunteer and study all at the same time!
Vet Nurses’ Little Helpers are all checked by a qualified veterinary surgeon so you can rest assured that the information you are getting is correct. All clinics, vets and nurses have different views on different topics, so I am sure my cards won’t always match what you know or have learnt but the information provided is accurate!
